At SecureJob.in (“Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to provide reliable services for social media promotion and our refer-and-earn program. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments, subscriptions, or service requests may be refunded or canceled.
1. Service Nature
All services provided on SecureJob.in are digital and promotional in nature.
Once a service has been activated, delivered, or earnings credited, it cannot be reversed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.
Cancelling your account will not automatically refund past payments or pending withdrawals.
Promotional service orders (e.g., social media campaigns) cannot be canceled once they are live or in progress.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
Payment was made, but services were not delivered within the specified time (subject to verification).
Any refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
User dissatisfaction with campaign results (as outcomes depend on third-party platforms like social media).
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawals have already been processed successfully to the user’s bank/UPI/wallet.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must contact us at support@securejob.in
with transaction details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Transaction charges, processing fees, or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Withdrawal & Earnings
Earnings from the refer-and-earn program can be withdrawn only once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.
Once a withdrawal is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
In case of failed transactions due to incorrect bank/UPI details, the user must update their details correctly to reinitiate payment.
